Our dishes come from a healthy and genuine tradition and from typical recipes of the local custom.

Every day we prepare and roll out fresh pasta such as strozzapreti, tagliatelle, gnocchi, passatelli and obviously the ever-present piadina romagnola. We also make our own bread, which is crispy and fragrant and accompanies the main dishes... a real treat!

The vegetables we use are km0 and come from our family's land or from the farms of the hinterland of Romagna; you will find them every day in the buffet, raw or cooked.

For all children we offer personalized menus... we will conquer even those with the most difficult palate!
